“The Lord builds up Jerusalem; he gathers the outcasts of Israel. He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.”
Psalm 147:2-3
"Behold, the dwelling place of God is with man. He will dwell with them, and they will be his people, and God himself will be with them as their God." ~Revelation 21
The final vision of eternity given to us through John's Revelation includes a beautiful picture of new community with God and with one another.
Jesus’ gospel of grace touches our deepest cries for belonging in a way nobody or nothing else can. The gospel lets us know that we belong by saying, “You are more broken and messy than you’d ever like to admit. But you are more loved and accepted by God in Christ than you ever dared hope.”
The gospel, therefore, overflows to create a New Community made up of people experiencing and extending the belonging that God's grace makes possible.

How can I get CONNECTED to this New Community?
We would be delighted for you to connect with life at Trinity Grace Church. Our desire is for you to have a positive experience of Jesus’ grace through various facets of our community life—our Sunday worship, our midweek New Community Groups, and our New City initiatives.
In particular, we hope you form meaningful relationships with others at Trinity Grace along the way.
Let’s compare your visit to Trinity Grace with visiting different parts of someone’s home—the living room, the family room, and the neighbourhood playground.

Sunday Worship: "The Living Room"
Our Sunday worship services are like our living room.
The living room is every bit our home—warm, inviting, the place to entertain guests and commune. But the living room is also a bit more formal than the other rooms.
Similarly, our Sunday worship is every bit a reflection of Trinity Grace—centred on the glorious loving-kindness of God through Jesus, where God invites us all to be his family, and where God longs for a conversation with us. But our Sunday worship is intentional in reverence for God, giving him honour and worship that is certainly due to his name.

New Community Groups: “The Family Room”
We have midweek neighbourhood gatherings called “New Community Groups.” Our New Community Groups are like our family room.
The family room is similar to the living room but much more informal. The family room is designed to be a place where family and guests gather for talking, reading, relaxing, playing games, watching TV, and other family activities not normally done in the living room.
Similarly, our New Community Groups are more informal and relational environments where we participate in our “together” rhythms. Conversing about life and what the gospel means for our lives together, eating together, praying together, laughing together, celebrating together, and caring for one another together.

New City Initiative: “The Playground”
Finally our New City initiative is like the playground—where we seek to engage, be a blessing and make a difference in our neighbourhoods, our city and beyond.
When you think of a literal neighbourhood playground, it is not directly a part of the home. But the playground is a vital part of the neighbourhood and an extension of what we consider home, what we might call “our own backyard.”
Similarly, the geographical neighbourhoods where members of Trinity Grace live are our “playgrounds” where we seek to joyfully overflow God’s grace by meeting the needs of people socially, culturally, and spiritually. And beyond our neighbourhoods, we certainly have a heart for the city at large. We're called to be salt and light, to be Jesus' influence, in every place our paths take us--our work, our recreation, our travel--in the city and beyond.

Get Involved!
We hope to see you around each of our environments, and find Trinity Grace Church as an understanding and reasonable place where you can question, ponder, encounter, receive, and give the grace of God found in the person, message, and work of Jesus Christ.
